Corporate & Social Responsibility

Environmental Policy
WearWell strives to take all possible steps to ensure environmental responsibility. We recycle all accepted materials. We collect paper, plastic, cans, and organic waste on a daily basis, ensuring that we produce as little garbage as possible. Additionally, upwards of 100,000 lbs of fabric are recycled from our operations annually.

Community Investment Policy

Our management and staff are actively engaged in our community. Our leadership team supports staff in their volunteer and charitable efforts. WearWell Garments is a committed corporate partner for many causes, including IWK Hospital, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The United Way, Pictou County Wellness Centre, Nova Scotia U15 Major hockey, and many other local sports and school fundraisers.

Employee Relations Policy
Commitment to long term employment and a dedicated staff is a priority at WearWell as evidenced by numerous employees with more than 20 years experience. We also bring in new talent as we expand into new areas of expertise and provide onsite training.
